  About Stephen
Stephen was a former Pro soccer player from Liverpool England, playing for teams such as Everton FC and Derby County FC as an Elite athlete for over 10 years experience. Whilst playing Pro soccer Stephen worked with some of the worlds best Strength and Conditioning coaches, and this is where Stephen gained a lot of Knowledge and passion for Fitness and Sports Performance training.

2011-Present day

Stephen is currently the Sports Performance Director at California’s number one Fitness and Boxing gym BoxNBurn. Stephens Clientele varies from Hollywood A-listers and Professional Combat Sport Athletes such as Boxers and MMA fighters too the general public clientele looking to Lose Weight, Tone, Improve general Fitness.

Stephen is one of LA’s Elite Trainers and his training methods have helped hundreds of clients meet their Fitness goals and get maximum results.
